RIBS, Rigid Inflatable Boats, are an exciting and speedy way to fly around coastal waters, or, pootle along a river. Families delight in speeding to their favourite picnic spot where the RIB is anchored and the family can enjoy a day at the beach. RIBS measure from four to nine metres and take from one to twenty, depending on the experience of the driver. With the correct “bridle”, you can tow a donut or inflatable boat/pizza/banana.
They are powered by one or two engines. But, do not have a roof so robust wet weather gear is needed on windy, rainy days. Everyone is open to the elements, especially the people in the front.
